Warranty
Warranty and Returns Overview All Parts purchased from ST PARTS replacement parts are warranted for one (1) year / 100,000 miles from installation, or 14 months after purchase from ST PARTS INC , whichever comes first. We warrant all new parts against defective material or workmanship when such parts are used in appropriate applications. We will NOT extend this warranty to parts where failure or damage was caused by misapplication, accident, or abuse.
Please be aware of the following standards as big companies as Cummins, Holset and other we require All Customer complaints that result in replacement of a VG turbo or electronic turbo actuator MUST be diagnosed on-engine by an authorized or certified Service Provider in order for a turbo or actuator to receive warranty coverage. This step is just assurance our parts are installed on engines not being "DELETED" OR MANIPULATED from OEM standards. This practice is standard from end of 2018. Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days barring unexpected circumstances. Orders will be processed when payment is received in full. LTL shipping is available where necessary on very heavy loads with additional fees.
Oversized and very heavy loads that require dimensional weight shipping will not qualify for regular pricing and additional fees will apply. Customer will be contacted before any additional fees are charged.
Shipping to non-continental USA & International Shipping is accepted upon approval of a special request. Rates and service will depend on order weight and dimensions.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Returned products must be unopened and in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping expense and there will be a 10 percent restocking fee applied to all returns. All returned parts will be subject to inspection before refund is issued. No returns on electrical parts, opened kits or special orders. Refunds are processed in 2-3 days
